Today's Book Wisdom Quote

Today's quote is an appreciation post to Dr. Seuss. If it wasn't for my dad who taught me to read and write using Dr. Seuss's books, I wouldn't be on a lifelong journey as a passionate book reader. I can still remember the fun way my dad introduced me to reading by using different voices as we read Dr. Seuss's picture books, the fun adventures that awaited me as he turned the pages kept me in anticipation and fueled my interest. 

Doesn't Dr. Seuss's quote ring a bell of truth? When you open a book and turn the pages, the story takes you on an adventure that allows you to engage in an endless journey where your imagination is set free. Whatever genre speaks to you, books provide lessons and knowledge that will carry you through your life journey in one way or another. So, open a book and embrace the adventure that awaits you! 

One final wisdom nugget, as a passionate reader, I appreciate the authors who bring their words to the written platform for all of us to enjoy. As you read a book, take a few minutes to write a review as a thank you to the authors. A book review doesn't have to be wordy like a book blogger/ reviewer provides, but a small note of what the book meant to you is always appreciated, and please be kind and thoughtful, showing ignorance by belittling the author and their work is not very nice, so even if a book doesn't resonate with you, just be kind when posting your thoughts.
