Birthday Celebration Contest Giveaway!
In honor of my upcoming birthday on November 1st, I thought it would be great to celebrate with some friends and have a birthday contest giveaway!
Contest Dates: Oct 8 - Nov 1, 2011
Contest Rules:
No rules! Just leave your name and email addy in the comment section so I can notify the winner!
The contest giveaway will be conducted between Oct 8 - Nov 1 ... the contest will close at 11pm EST on Nov 1st. The winner of the contest giveaway will be selected from random draw using Random.org number generator. The contest winner will be contacted via email, and will have 48 hours to respond, or a new winner will be selected.
Giveaway Prize:
One (1) Winner will be chosen for a choice of (1) $20.00 Amazon or Barnes and Noble Gift Card!

Generally giveaways will be in the form of an amazon.com or barnes&noble.com gift card in varying denominations as determined by Jersey Girl Book Reviews. Jersey Girl Book Reviews are the sole provider of this type of giveaway.
Giveaways in the book format are copies that are supplied and shipped to winners via authors, publishers, and/or publicists. This blog site hosts the giveaways on behalf of the above parties. This blog owner has received a copy of this book at no charge to me in exchange for an honest review. No books that I receive are ever sold, I reserve the right to keep them for my personal library, or give them to others to read, or use them as promotional giveaways.
This blog site owner is not responsible for lost or damaged books that are sent by the parties mentioned above.
